Modules must be connected before KurtSPC is started - close KurtSPC and restart.
Verify KurtUSB module drivers are loaded. For Windows 98, go to Control Panel - System - Device Manager - Universal Serial Bus Controller and verify a listing for “KurtUSB Device” for each connected module
Verify proper channel setup in KurtSPC. Refer to KurtSPC documentation
Check for software updates from www.kurt.com or call
Module(s) may be damaged or defective - check and replace if necessary
